Villa de Fiore centers on a stone courtyard under market lighting and a ballroom that opens toward the lake. Monte Bella is the newest addition in 2026, still taking shape on the property, with a courtyard-focused layout and Monserate’s largest indoor hall.

Tuscan Estate

Tuscan Estate mixes old-world Italian character with calm waterscapes, hand-laid stone, and long vineyard sightlines. Olive trees and sunlit courtyards lead into vaulted indoor spaces with soft light, and the getting-ready suites balance beauty with comfort. It scales from an intimate dinner to a full reception without losing the same romantic thread.

The Barrel Room is the dramatic indoor anchor: vaulted ceilings, barrel alcoves, iron lighting, and doors that open toward the lawn.

The Courtyard ties the spaces together with market lighting, a grand staircase, and wrought-iron gates that photograph beautifully after dark.

The Tuscan Lawn sits beside a lake and waterfall, reached by a stone bridge. Many couples use it for ceremony or open-air moments, then bring guests back toward the courtyard and Barrel Room for dinner and dancing. The venue accommodates up to 200 guests.

Villa de Fiore
